Assignment and challenge

The client came with a wish widen our established salon in Příbram to the online environment and thus reach a new clientele. The challenge was to connect traditional beauty services with the modern concept of digital commerce, which would not only attract new customers, but also foster the loyalty of existing ones.

Our approach

We created a web presentation that highlights personal story and expertise owners as a guarantee of quality. The site is designed with an emphasis on clarity and timelessness, with the main elements on the opening page being the photo of the salon and the salon owner. We have connected the e-shop with platforms for analytics and social networks, which makes the entire management and marketing process as efficient as possible.

Result and impact

Due to our comprehensive approach, we managed to create a website that not only effectively presents the services of the salon, but also ensures smooth operation of the e-shop with Cosmetics Institut Esthederm.

Our marketing campaigns and website optimization, including the creation of unique descriptions of all products that contribute their originality to increase visibility in search engines, have led to an increase in organic attendance and increased product sales. Thus, women have the opportunity to easily buy their favorite products online, and this has fueled the growth of the community around the Alena Hilse Esthetique brand.
