Clever fit: We launched the largest German fitness network on the Czech market

Assignment and challenge

Clever fit approached us with an ambitious intention enter the Czech market and build a strong long-term position here. The main challenge was not only to differentiate itself from the established competition in the field of fitness services, but also to reach a diverse range of customers — from fitness enthusiasts to beginners.

Our approach

To meet these objectives, we have focused on highlighting the main values of the brand: availability, quality of service and customer care. In addition, we created a strategy that emphasized a personal approach to each client and modern technology to effectively manage memberships and services.

One of the key obstacles was Brand differentiation in a crowded market of fitness centers. We solved this by emphasizing the premium of the service, the originality of the content messages or the user-friendly website, which included online reservations and integrated payment gateways.

Result and impact

As part of our long-term partnership with Clever fit, we have achieved significant results: we gained 5,000 members and helped open 4 branches in key locations such as Prague and Ostrava. Clever fit has helped build a stable community of fitness enthusiasts, which we continue to actively support.

Our Campaigns, including organic and paid social media posts and PPC campaigns, contributed to a conversion rate in excess of 10%. Every year we also participate in the creation of marketing strategies and the preparation of complete graphic materials. These activities significantly strengthened Clever fit's position on the Czech market and contributed to the company's growth.

Thanks to our effective strategy we have achieved stable growth member base and consolidated the position of the brand, which is proof of long-term success in the Czech fitness market.
